Summit Registry

A result needs a record.

The Summit is the business outcome agreed with the client. This registry is where approved, substantiated outcomes will be published. A completed campaign alone does not qualify.

Publication status

No entries published yet.

We will publish an entry only when the evidence and client approval are in place.

Prior employment experience is not a Ridgeline client result. Our sample strategy map is an illustration, not evidence of a completed engagement.

What qualifies

Evidence before publication.

01

An agreed business outcome

Define the outcome, metric, baseline, owner, and time horizon with the client. Record the agreement before reporting achievement.

02

A traceable comparison

Retain the source data, measurement definitions, baseline period, and comparison period. Explain changes in scope, data quality, or definitions.

03

A supported contribution

Describe Ridgeline’s actual work and the client’s contribution. Distinguish sourced from influenced pipeline. State other factors and the limits of attribution.

04

Approval to publish

The client approves the wording, numbers, naming or anonymization, and supporting disclosure. Anonymization does not remove the evidence requirement.

05

A record that can be corrected

Each approved entry carries a publication date, evidence-review date, and correction history. Withdraw a claim if its supporting evidence no longer holds.
