Our story / Pacific Northwest

Where we’re from shapes how we work.

At MST Solutions, a Salesforce consultancy acquired by Mastek, Brandt Bogdanovich built the marketing function across brand, demand generation, partner marketing, and operations. The work included giving buyers a reason to choose MST beyond its implementation capabilities.

At Mastek, his role as VP, Global Product Marketing covered a broader portfolio of services, regions, and platform ecosystems. Ridgeline brings that experience to firms working through the same practical question: how do we turn what we’re good at into something buyers choose?

Beyond the office

You can’t choose every step for someone else.

Time outdoors with our families is part of our life here. Trails, lakes, and ski runs give us room to step away from work and let our children try something for themselves.

There’s a lesson there for consulting, too. We can bring a recommendation and explain our reasoning. But your team has to understand the choices well enough to act when we’re not in the room. That’s why we work through decisions together and leave the thinking behind them in writing.

Humble.

Be willing to be wrong.

We’ll explain what we think is holding growth back, what supports that view, and what we still need to learn. Your sales team may know something the CRM doesn’t show.

If the evidence changes, we’ll change the recommendation. You shouldn’t have to pay us to defend our first idea.

Hungry.

Stay with the difficult part.

Choosing which offer to lead with means setting another aside. Agreeing on qualified pipeline means working through differences between sales and marketing.

We don’t want to leave those decisions buried in a deck. We’ll work through them with the people who have to make the plan happen.

Curious.

What are we missing?

A stalled partnership doesn’t always need more meetings. It might need an offer the partner’s sellers can explain, or a clearer reason to approach a particular account.

We’ll question the first explanation, look at the work behind it, and test another approach when the usual one isn’t helping.

A point of view

More campaigns won’t fix an offer buyers don’t understand.

It’s tempting to answer a pipeline problem with more activity. Another event. Another campaign. More outreach. Those can help when the offer is clear and the follow-up works.

But if sales has to explain your value from scratch every time, we’d rather fix that before increasing the campaign budget. Choose the buyer, the problem you solve, and the reason to act. Then give partners and sales a way to take that offer to the right accounts.

That’s why Map comes before a larger commitment. We want to know which problem needs the investment.

Find Your Line

Leave knowing what to do next.

A useful strategy helps you make a decision on Monday morning.

That’s the job of The Line. It records where you are, what you’re working toward, and the next actions with owners and timing. At the next review, we ask what changed and what needs to happen now.

Find Your Line is our shorthand for that work: choose a direction you can explain, act on it, and stay willing to adjust.
