Information you send us

Our inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. Submitting the draft to your email provider is your choice. Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. Avoid including sensitive personal information. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services.

Optional Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load to help us understand page visits and inquiry interactions. Analytics may receive the page path, campaign information, browser and device information, and network information as part of requests to Google. We do not include your inquiry text, name, or email in our custom analytics events.

Before acceptance, and after rejection, these Google scripts stay blocked. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization consent remain denied even when you accept Analytics. Google may process information outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Cookies and browser storage

We save your Accept or Reject choice in your browser under ridgeline_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. This preference is needed to remember your choice. After acceptance, Analytics can set _ga and _ga_* cookies, typically with a maximum lifetime of two years. Campaign attribution is held in session storage under ridgeline_attribution_v1 until the browser session ends or you withdraw consent.

Change your choice

Use Cookie settings at any time. Rejecting after acceptance removes accessible Analytics cookies and campaign storage, then reloads the page to stop the loaded tracking scripts. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; it does not erase information already received by Google. Clearing your browser storage also clears the saved preference.

Privacy requests

You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to raise a privacy concern. We assess requests under the rules that apply to your circumstances. Technical logs used by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site are separate from optional Analytics.
